To report on corruption

In order to implement the requirements of the part four of the Article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", communication channels have been established in the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal. Using these channels the accusers can report about the facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".

Working hours of the special telephone line:

Monday-Thursday - 9 am to 6 pm,

Friday - 9 am up to 16:45 pm

with daily break from 13 am to 13:45 am

The reports are being processedin accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and the Procedure on acceptance and consideration of reports on possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” in the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal.

An anonymous message is to be processed in case it contains the information relating to the particular person andthefacts that can be checked.

The accuser is an individual who, in the presence of a belief that the information is reliable, has reported possible facts on corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law committed by another person, if such an information became known to him in connection with his work, professional, economic, social, scientific, service or training activities, or their participation in the procedures required by law to commence such activity, service or study.

The accuser is free to determine what channels to use in case to report about corruption.

The reportshould contain facts are confirming the commitment of a corruption, that can be checked.

The accuser is eligible for receiving information on the status and results of processing/ or investigation of report on the possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law.
