"Court podcasts" is a new project of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal
"Court podcasts" is a new project of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, where employees of the court administration and judges communicate with each other, discussing innovations in the work, relevant issues of legal proceedings and the position of the court in solving a particular legal problem.
The first themes are about:
- work of the Information center during the quarantine (participants: Iryna Herasymenko, Chief of Staff; Olha Shkil, court press secretary; Antonina Kovalenko, head of the Information center);
- court order on leaving statements of claim, appeal/cassation without moving and terms on defect correction during the quarantine (рarticipants: judges' assistants Mariia Donyk and Juliia Koliada, court press secretary Olha Shkil).
