Application procedure

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens` Appeals”, appeals are addressed to the public authorities and local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, irrespective of the form of ownership, associations of citizens or officials, whose authority includes resolution of issues contained in appeals.

An appeal may be filed by an individual or a group of persons (collectively).

An appeal may be verbal or written. 

 

Verbal appeal:

is given by a citizen at a personal reception (the schedule of personal reception by the court administration) or via  Information Center at: (044) 254-21-99; (097) 517-67-65 – and is recorded (registered) by a court official.

 

Written appeal:

• is sent by post to the court address: 8 Moskovs’ka St., block 30, Kyiv, 01010

• is submitted directly to the Information Center, which is located at the address: 8 Moskovs’ka, St., block 30, entrance No. 1, Kyiv, 01010, personally or through a person authorized by him/her whose powers are confirmed in accordance with the law.

An appeal must include a name, surname and patronymic, a citizen's place of residence, an essence of an issue, comments, proposals, statements or complaints, requests or demands.

A written application must be signed by the applicant (s) stating the date.

An electronic application should also contain the email address at which the respondent may receive an answer or information about other means of communication with him/her. The use of an electronic digital signature when sending an electronic application is not required.

An application, executed without following the specified requirements, is returned to an applicant with the corresponding explanations.
